Day 1, Zagreb
Upon arrival into Zagreb your personal guide and driver will meet you with your name sign immediately after customs area and transfer you to the hotel. After check in your personal guide & driver will take you on an overview city tour.
Day 2, Zagreb
Your personal guide and driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel. Visit Mimara Museum, which has one of the largest private collections of paintings of this part of the world. Museum of Naïve Art in the afternoon.
Day 3, Zagreb
This morning you will take a trip to National Park Plitvice Lakes (2,5 hours drive one way). It is a beautiful place, consisting of 16 lakes connected by cascades and waterfalls.
Day 4, Zagreb
Today visit Hrvatsko Zagorie, the region located northwest from Zagreb. This tour includes visiting of Tracoscan Castle of the times of knights and ethnographic village Kumrovec, the very typical part of Zagreb`s surrounding.
Day 5, Zagreb-Ljubljana, Slovenia
After check out your Zagreb driver with the guide will take you Ljubljana, Slovenia.After couple hours of drive you will check into your hotel in Ljubljana. In the afternoon your new guide and driver will meet you at your hotel lobby and take you for a city tour and to the National Museum, which is located next door to your hotel.
Day 6, Ljubljana
Today visit the reknown Postojna caves. On electrical train you will explore karst phenomena – a two million year old and 27 km long system of subterranean caverns and halls connected with the passages. Continue to drive to Idrija, visit Quick Silver museum and admire the lace typical of Slovenia. Drive to Soca valley – probably one of the clearest rivers in Europe. Enjoy the Kobarid museum of WW1, meetioned by Hemmingway in his “ Farewell to Arms”.
Day 7, Ljubljana
Your private guide and driver will meet you to take you to the Carthusian monastery, founded in 1407. See the Otocec medieval castle (hotel nowadays) on an islet in the river Krka. Enjoy the panoramic drive through the vineyards to visit Valvsor Manor, today a museum of engravings and a printing press. This mansion is famous for an extensive library.
Day 8, Ljubljana - Bratislava
Check out of the hotel. Transfer with guide & driver to your train IC (Inter-City) 512, “Rogla” to Bratislava. Depart on your train IC 512 Rogla to Bratislava, arriving to Vienna/ Wien Sudbahnhoff. Please change the train for the connecting train to Bratislava. Leave Vienna. Your private guide and driver will wait for you with your name sign at your train car in Bratislava. After check into your hotel and a little rest, you will be offered a city tour of Bratislava.
Day 9, Bratislava
You will be met by your private guide and driver at the lobby of hotel and taken for the tour of Small Carpathians. This little town Modra located 50km from Bratislava, is a popular destination for tourists, where you will enjoy a wine tasting and visit a pottery factory.
Day 10, Bratislava - Prague
Check out of your hotel. Transfer with the private guide & driver to the train station to embark your deluxe train # 76 EC to Prague. Arrive to Prague. You will be met by your private guide and driver at your car on the platform of the train station ( they will have a sign with your names) and transferred to your deluxe hotel. After check in your private guide and driver will offer you a city tour of Prague.
Day 11, Prague
Visit Kutna Hora town, which is a world heritage town, famous for its unique catholic cathedral and silver mines at one time main source of European silver. 6:30pm – 10:30pm. Your private guide and driver will pick you up at the lobby and will take you for the night cruise ship around the city with music and dinner.
