INCENTIVE Travel
Russia offers a treasure trove of art spanning the days of Russia’s earliest existence to the present.
The Incentive travel started in Russia in 2005, when the presidents of ICCA, MPA and SITE came to Moscow for the first MICE conference. We participated in this conference, where all the pros and cons were discussed. The infrastructure is not fully there. Visas and flights bring some difficulties. But the interest is there and and it is definitely worth visiting! Moscow Traffic jams is an issue. There are only about 15 five star hotels and about the same amount of four star properties for 12mln city. Only couple of big exhibition centers. But... the restaurant and theater scene in Moscow is one of the best in Europe. The city has energy and pulse. It is exciting. Night life is bustling. The best group size for Moscow is up to 400 people. ◊ ◊ ◊ St. Petersburg, due to the palaces, can handle bigger groups, but also has not enough hotels, thus difficulties with logistics and venues. Old palaces are spacious but not well equipped, the new modern venues are not big enough. The most manageable size for St Petersburg is up to 1,000. To serve better incentive groups DMC has to be creative and resourceful. We do our best – you will be the judge! We are members of the SITE and you can always meet us at the SITE annual conferences or ESNEPs.
We offer you to see one of our presentations for the incentive agencies. Click here for a Sample of RFP >> Click here for a Charter trains/or wagons throughout Russia >> |
