In the early nineties when the monopoly of the Soviet Intourist Travel Agency was broken, we opened Charisma as one of the first private tour companies offering services to the Western market with the idea in mind - “See not only the highlights but also the special nooks and crannies, the secret treasures known only to the local citizens“.
